Thank you for your interest in Interdimensions Paranormal Expo 2026. This event is held as a joint venture with Interdimensions (HUGS 24/7 Radio. A subsidiary of Connellsville Metro Media Communications. A 501 (c) (3), veteran and woman owned company) and benefiting The Fayette Friends of Animals, a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter. The 2026 expo will be a premier event with 3 floors of vendor space and a 900-seat theater for lectures.

 This event will be held rain or shine on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 10am to 6pm and Sunday, August 30, 2026 from noon to 5PM. Vendor set-up day and VIP Meet and Greet Party is Friday, August 28th.  at:

We are seeking professional, high-quality vendors whose merchandise or services align with the atmosphere of the event.

 

Vendor Space Details:

  • We welcome unique creators, artisans, and businesses specializing in:
    • Horror-inspired artwork and handmade good
    •  Paranormal, supernatural, or metaphysical merchandise
    • Gothic, macabre, occult, witchcraft, or dark aesthetic creations
    •  Cryptid, folklore, and monster-related pieces
    • Oddities, curiosities, bones, taxidermy, and wet specimens
    • Spooky décor, handcrafted items, and unusual collectibles
    •  Dark literature, photography, prints, and independent authors
    •  Alternative clothing, jewelry, accessories, and artistic expressions
    •  Anything eerie, strange, bizarre, or wonderfully unusual
    • Platinum Level sponsors that are direct sales companies, MLMs, and mass-produced merchandise are accepted (Email iparaexpo@gmail.com on how to be a Platinum Level Sponsor). (Examples include Scentsy, ColorStreet, Paparazzi, Avon, Thirty-One, etc.).
    • Prohibited Items: Items not allowed for sale or distribution includes, but are not limited to: tobacco, drug related items; sexually explicit or adult-themed material; any materials.
    • Trash: All Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth clean and orderly at all times. This includes hauling away any trash or garbage that is generated in or around the booth.
    • Security: Vendor is responsible for the security of their own property and equipment at all times. While limited security personnel will be on duty at all times during the weekend, no security personnel will be assigned specifically to Vendors.

 

  • Food Vendor Requirements:
  • If you are selling any type of food product, you must be properly licensed and registered according to local and state guidelines.
  • The City of Connellsville may require additional fees for food vendors, and these fees are the responsibility of the vendor.
  • No hot food vendors inside.

 

  • Vendor Packages:
    •   Package A - $75:
      • 10 x 6-ft. space. (If a double space is needed, the second will be discounted by $10 ($140 total).
      • One 6’ table 
      • 2 chairs.
      • No electric offered.

 

  • Package B - $90:
    • 10 x 6-ft. space. (If a double space is needed, the second will be discounted by $10 ($140 total).
    • One 6’ table
    • 2 chairs
    • Electric will be an additional $20.

 

  • Package C - $100
    • 10 x 6-ft. space. (If a double space is needed, the second will be discounted by $10 ($140 total).
    •  One 6’ table
    • 2 chairs
    •  Electric FREE!
    •  2 General Admission Tickets for Saturday.

 

  • Booths must remain clean, professional, and visually appealing.
  • Vendor spaces will be indoors. We will not be providing canopies. Please be prepared with your own equipment (no generators).
  • Due to the limited unloading space, a setup time selection schedule will be sent as the event approaches.
  • Load-in instructions, booth assignments, and additional rules will be provided upon acceptance
  • All vendor spaces will be assigned by Interdimensions and will NOT be changed on day of show.
  • The front door and parking lot is for loading and unloading only and food truck parking. After you are done with loading/unloading, you must move your vehicle to one of the nearby parking lots.
  • You may have up to 3 people working your booth. Everyone working as or with the vendor will receive a vendor bracelet when they arrive at the community center. 
  • Set up time will be from 9am to 5pm on Friday, August 28, 2026 and Saturday 8am to 9:30am. All vendors must be set up by 9:30am on Saturday.
  • For the safety and security of patrons, vendors are required to remain set up for the full duration of the event and may not break down prior to 5:00 PM on Sunday.
  • If an emergency arises, please speak with Lady G or Cyrus Grey from Interdimensions (Connellsville Metro Media Communications) before beginning breakdown.
  • Vendor tear down will be from 5:30pm to 7pm on Sunday. All vendor booths must be cleared by 7pm.

 

Payment Policy:

  • Verbal applications will not be accepted. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt and acceptance. Once your application is approved, an invoice will be sent via email. Payment in full is required and must be received before a vendor space is assigned for the event.
  • Accepted vendors will receive a payment link via email.
  • Application does not equal an acceptance to the show.
  • A vendor will not be permitted to set up if the payment has not been submitted. 
  • No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the host, Interdimensions.

 

Communication Policy:

  • All official communication—including acceptance notices, setup details and payment links—will come directly from Interdimensions (Connellsville Metro Media Communications).
  • Interdimensions (Connellsville Metro Media Communications) are the sole event host.

  • Vendor applications will close on July 1, 2026.
  • Early application is strongly encouraged, as spaces are limited and may fill before the deadline. Once we sell out, we will no longer accept new applications.
  • Please complete this application in full. Incomplete submissions may delay or impact acceptance status.
  • Vendor spots are first-come, first-served. NOTE: Preference may be given to vendor/sponsors.
